中华医学会主办。本刊是国内烧伤学术界惟一的全国性权威刊物，由国内外烧伤外科及相关学科著名专家组成编委会。烧伤的重要问题，通常也是内外科的基本问题。杂志力求充分展示本学科领域的新理论、新技术、新方法、新经验，注重实用性，讲究可读性。全方位展示本专业的研究进展、临床治疗和护理经验，将整形与康复理念贯穿于烧伤救治全过程，将独到的修复技术应用于各种类型的难治性创面。杂志目前已被《Medline》等10多个国际主要数据库收录，具有较大影响。

脓毒症患者免疫功能监测的临床价值

摘要：Sepsis induced by burns,trauma,and surgical stress,remains a major cause of death of patients in ICUs.A growing number of evidence shows that sepsis may result in dysfunction of innate and adaptive immune system,including the abnormal disorder of immune response of T lymphocytes,regulatory T lymphocytes,and dendritic cells,resulting in a state of immune depression.It is of great significance that dynamic monitoring of immune function and the related indicators might help to assess the risk of secondary infection,the prognosis of septic patients,and to guide the treatment of severe sepsis.
