中华医学会主办。本刊是国内烧伤学术界惟一的全国性权威刊物，由国内外烧伤外科及相关学科著名专家组成编委会。烧伤的重要问题，通常也是内外科的基本问题。杂志力求充分展示本学科领域的新理论、新技术、新方法、新经验，注重实用性，讲究可读性。全方位展示本专业的研究进展、临床治疗和护理经验，将整形与康复理念贯穿于烧伤救治全过程，将独到的修复技术应用于各种类型的难治性创面。杂志目前已被《Medline》等10多个国际主要数据库收录，具有较大影响。

早期目标导向治疗应用于严重脓毒症和脓毒性休克的研究进展

摘要：Nowadays,severe infection has become one of the common problems in clinic.The morbidity of severe sepsis and septic shock is increasing,which becomes a big threat to patients with burn wounds or chronic diseases.It has become a key subject about how to cure severe sepsis and septic shock.In recent years,mortality of patients in such condition has declined slightly,which might be attributed to the application of early goal-directed therapy (EGDT) in certain degree.This article reviews application of EGDT in severe sepsis and septic shock,in order to analyze its effectiveness and boundedness,as well as predict its development.
