中华医学会主办。本刊是国内烧伤学术界惟一的全国性权威刊物，由国内外烧伤外科及相关学科著名专家组成编委会。烧伤的重要问题，通常也是内外科的基本问题。杂志力求充分展示本学科领域的新理论、新技术、新方法、新经验，注重实用性，讲究可读性。全方位展示本专业的研究进展、临床治疗和护理经验，将整形与康复理念贯穿于烧伤救治全过程，将独到的修复技术应用于各种类型的难治性创面。杂志目前已被《Medline》等10多个国际主要数据库收录，具有较大影响。

间充质干细胞在创面愈合中的作用研究进展

摘要：Wound healing is a dynamic and complicated process,which generally takes three overlapping phases:inflammation,proliferation,and remodeling.If wounds complicated by severe trauma,diabetes,vascular dysfunction disease,or a massive burn injury failed to pass through the three normal phases of healing,they might end up as chronic and refractory wounds.Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) play different important roles in the regulation of all the phases of wound healing.MSCs can be recruited into wound and differentiated into wound repair cells,as well as promote wound healing by exerting functions like anti-inflammation,anti-apoptosis,and neovascularization.This review focuses on the role and mechanism of MSCs in each phase of the wound healing process.
